My brother air punched a spirit

My brother has had many instances where he’s woken up in the middle of sleep paralysis or whatever but he’ll see a dark figure hovering above him. When it leaves he’s then able to regain movement. His wife has never encountered it nor has never been awake to see him go through it. So when he tells us about these moments we think nothing of it.

This last time was quite different. He woke up and couldn’t move. Above him was a woman just hovering and he could hear her whispering but couldn’t make out what she said. He fought his way out of paralysis and started punching the air. The entity or whatever it is quickly left the room, turned the corner and went downstairs. As it was leaving the room it passed my nephew who was asleep on a mattress on the floor. He immediately woke up screaming and crying, which has not really been something he does often, or at all.
