I saw half women in home , but no one believed

One day I was lying on the floor in my room dark at around 2 3 am and using my phone for something I don’t remember what exactly but I suddenly noticed a woman who ran across my room to one corner and disappeared I froze for a moment Then I thought I should check what was going on so I ran to the place where she had appeared but I found nothing I shared this story with my family but no one took it seriously But here is the twist I don’t even believe in ghost stuff Yet whenever I remember that night I fall into one of the deepest mysteries of my life

This story is happened when I were 14 only , around 2-3 years ago
